Choosing the fastest method
If you only care about speed, USDT on TRC20 is the winner — five to ten minutes typically, with sub-cent network fees. Apple Pay is the closest fiat equivalent: instant, no 3D Secure prompt on most issuers, and you don’t have to type a card number.

Deposit limits and how to set your own

Failed deposit?
A failed deposit is almost always one of these five:
- 3D Secure rejected — the bank’s verification step timed out. Retry the deposit and complete the prompt within 30 seconds.
- Daily card limit hit — the issuing bank, not Wintino, has a per-day spend cap. Try again tomorrow or use a different method.
- Currency mismatch — your card is in a non-EUR currency and the bank flagged the conversion. Worth a five-minute call to your bank to whitelist.

Crypto deposits — what’s different
Crypto sits in its own box because the rules are different:
- Networks matter. Sending USDT on ERC20 when Wintino expects TRC20 means manual recovery and a slow ticket.
- Confirmations. The deposit shows as “pending” until the network confirms. BTC needs two confirmations, ETH one.
- Address rotation. Each deposit gets a fresh address. Don’t reuse old ones — funds may be lost.

Are there any deposit fees?
